Not on anything listed on this website. Every property here is Mukesh Singh Chauhan's own, so you pay the agreed price plus stamp duty and registry — nothing else, and no broker's cut. If he ever arranges a sale between two other parties, the commission is disclosed on day one in writing, and nothing is due if the deal does not happen.
